Au Pair - TOEFL iBT (3/16-4/6/ '21)


TOEFL iBT Preparation - 36 Hours
The TOEFL test is the world’s most trusted English-language assessment. It is considered the gold standard for determining college readiness and is accepted by more than 11,000 universities and other institutions in over 150 countries This course will enable students to prepare for the TOEFL iBT exam as well as enhance their overall English language proficiency. It targets a wide range of language skills - listening comprehension, speaking, reading, and writing - and provides a wealth of practice exercises for all four sections of the test. Students will learn how to effectively navigate each section of the test, review test-taking strategies, and learn ways to manage their time during the test. The instructor will work closely with each student to help them achieve their target score.
 
Note: Students planning to apply to Monroe College are recommended to submit a score of 65 for undergraduate programs and 80 for graduate programs with a score of 80.  
 
Costs: Main course: $275 for 36 hours / 3 Au Pair Credits
 
Materials: All materials will be provided by the instructor
 
Course format: The course is delivered in a hybrid format and includes 9 live class sessions on Zoom and independent coursework with teacher support. While the live sessions are not mandatory, we highly recommend that you attend them.

Certificates: Certificates will be emailed to you upon successfull  completion of the course: important:  Register with the exact name you would like printed on the certificate. There will be no reprints for spelling errors or incomplete names.
