Course Overview

Improve your listening, speaking, reading and writing skills as you learn to communicate in many different modes in college and your professional life. You will participate in one-on-one and discussion groups as well as engage with project teams. Learn language and communication techniques in the context of your real-world situations. This course will teach you to commmunicate verbally and in written form as learn, meeting leadership, note-taking, summarizing, outlining, and “word cloud” idea organization techniques that will support your academic and professional lives.   

Hours / Credits: 36 hours (3 au pair credits)

Hours/ week: 4 hours per week over 6 weeks
