Intro to Branding & Marketing Weekend 12/18-12/20


Intro to Marketing and Branding- 24 hours (two au pair credits)
This course provides an overview of marketing and branding concepts. Students will receive a hands-on training in marketing products and establishing a brand. We’ll cover a variety of topics including social media and mobile marketing strategy, marketing mix, and neuro or psychological marketing. Through a combination of lectures, case studies, real-life exercises, and shared projects, students will learn how to create value through customer connections and engagement and develop the steps to designing and implementing marketing strategies. You will also explore the branding process and learn the basics of building, positioning, and managing brands.

Course format: The courses are delivered in a hybrid format and include a pre-assignment, 3 live class sessions on Zoom, and Post-Assignment. 
Meeting schedule. The schedule is given in Eastern Standard Time (EST). 
 
Pre- Assignment must be submitted by the start of the course - Saturday, 12/18, 1pm - 8pm
Includes a two-hour period offline to work on the project and to eat dinner - Sunday , 12/19,  1pm - 8pm
Includes a two-hour period offline to work on the project and to eat dinner - Monday,  12/20, 7 pm - 10 pm
 
Sunday, 12/27th research Paper Due*
 
Those needing to earn their certificate earlier, than May 9th, please discuss with the instructor.
