Evening ESL: Speaking American - 7/18-8/24/22 ONLINE

Program Overview

Students will improve their ability to speak fluently and accurately as well as to listen and understand. To strengthen your verbal and listening communication skills, you will practice negotiating a variety of everyday situations. Instructors will use materials taken from textbooks, and pop culture such as in TV shows and movies to practice fun and interactive dialogs and role-plays. You will build vocabulary and grammatical understanding in the context of real-world situations. You will also work on the multiple aspects of pronunciation, including rhythm and stress. The course will allow you to work individually and with your classmates to complete assignments. We look forward to having you join us for this innovative and practical course.

Important Notice!
Our accredited program has been one of the most popular in the country throughout the pandemic and our certificates, which do not stipulate mode of course delivery, have always been accepted by the au pair companies. However, we have been told that some agencies and areas will now require students to take courses on campus only. Please make sure you check with your area director before applying for our online courses. We will have live classes for students who live nearby our campus at 145 Huguenot St, New Rochelle, New York.
